Guarantees and Cancellations: To secure reservations, a valid credit card is required. All reservations require at least 72 hours prior to arrival date cancellation notice. Weekly rentals require a minimum $150.00 deposit depending on season, and carry a 30-day cancellation notice. Deposit and cancellation requirements may vary for weekends, special events, holidays or by management's request.

No Refunds For Early Departures Or Due To Weather

Online reservations booked through Blue Heron Inn's website requires a credit card deposit to guarantee reservations. Online bookings must be cancelled through the same website in which they were originally booked.

Children's Rates: No charge for children 18 years old and under, max (2) free occupying the same room with parents, unless additional bedding is requested.
